KSB United somehow find themselves bottom of the SMCCFL despite what seemed like a promising start. Their only win of the season is a distant memory though and they badly need points on the board. Two polar opposite results last weekend saw a 10-1 friendly win and an 8-1 league defeat. But throughout this time the lads have been playing well in the main.
They travel to the Hough End yet again, hoping to avoid another defeat there. Opponents Central have merged with !Audacious and are in 3rd with 9 points. Manager Tom Pickup is bolstered by the inclusions of Adam Soruri, Alex Marsh and Joe Baldwin, giving the side a really solid spine. Centre back, permanent man of the match and goalscorer supremo Sam Lord is injured. Lee Malins, Rob Whewell, Jonathan Rigby and Eliot Leeming are also unavailable. There is a league debut for Joe Gleave and a first appearance from another new signing - Harrison Astin.
